Impact Roller

Impact rollers are used as carrying rollers instead of normal steel rollers at a loading point. On steel roller there are rubber rings assembled, side by side, to absorb the weight and impact of material falling onto the belt. Impact idler surface by heat curing rubber surface , and it has a wear-resistant , impact resistance, anti-aging , noise-free , anti-static , high flexibility , self-lubricating tear conveyor belt , reducing resistance suitable for long distance transport to reduce energy consumption and other notable features .Mounted on the conveyor by the feed section of the bottom, to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt, and to extend the conveyor belt life .
